With over 12 years in the fitness industry, I have found a rewarding career that is driven by my passion to continue to help people reach their fitness goals. Erika Bolneo – Personal Trainer

I have been a personal trainer for 7 years and not a day goes by that I don’t feel great fulfillment knowing that I am making a positive difference to my client’s lives.  My job is to motivate, inspire, educate,and make exercising an enjoyable experience, to ensure clients get real results FAST.  I believe in a holistic approach to health which includes healthy eating coupled with regular intense and light exercise, stretching, sufficient rest and time for leisure.  Once the lifestyle for wellness is adopted, the individual’s true physical and psychological potential is achieved.  You only live once, why not live it being the best you can be?

Rory Goddard – Exercise Physiologist/Personal Trainer/Massage Therapist

I am a highly motivated and passionate personal trainer/exercise physiologist with a very strong client focus. I am constantly expanding my knowledge through further study, professional development and personal research. I have recently completed a degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and am looking to extend my services to individuals suffering from chronic disease (e.g. heart disease, diabetes, Parkinson’s disease) and muskuloskeletal injuries. I have previously worked with a variety of clients with goals ranging from weight loss and toning to increasing muscle mass and extreme strength gains. I am particularly interested in the effects of nutrition on one’s ability to achieve their goals and have recently enrolled in an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine.

Nick Henkeli – Massage Therapist

I completed my Manual & Remedial Therapy in 1991 at Intercollege in Russia. I have worked in Poland as a rehabilitation, pain management and Manual specialist. I’ve also worked in Israel in a private clinic, treating post trauma rehabilitation patients.

Completing an Advance Diploma in Neuromuscular Therapy in New Zealand, I participated in Migraine research and was involved in Major sporting events such as America’s Cup and Oceania K1 Kick Boxing Championship. I have worked with BMW, marathon runners and professional golfers.
